be interested in one of the Scouting programs. If
you're a parent, you might be interested in being
selected as a Scout Leader. Scouting offers a time-tested
set of activities that have produced fine citizens,
family men, and community leaders for over 90 years.

Cub Scouts

Tiger Cubs
are for boys in the first grade (or 7-years old).
They work with an adult partner to have fun and
discover new things. Tigers meetings are set by
the parents and have a Tiger Coordinator to help
guide the program. Contact Mike at

| Cub Scouts
are for boys in the first through fifth grades
(ages 6 to 10). It's a family- and home-centered
program. They do fun things with other kids! They
wear cool uniforms, go places and see things.
They play all kinds of sports and build things.
They can learn about secret codes, the environment,
and provide service to other people. Contact

When a Cub Scout reaches
the 4th and 5th grade, he becomes a WEBELO
(WE'll BE LOyal Scouts) Scout. During this two-year
program the Cub participates in more advanced
activities that begin to prepare them to become

Varsity
Scouting is an active, exciting program
for young men 14 through 20 built around five
program fields of emphasis: advancement, high
adventure, personal development, service, and
special programs and events. Contact

| Venturing
offers a program that is full and full of challenge
with adventure for young men and women who are
14 (and have completed the eighth grade) through
20 years of age. They learn more about high adventure,
sports, arts and hobbies, youth ministries, and
Sea Scouting crews. In addition to non-scouts,
this program may be especially attractive to older
Boy Scouts that are seeking a greater challenge,
or have attained the rank of Eagle Scout. Contact

Exploring is
the young adult segment of Learning for Life,
the wholly owned subsidary of the Boy Scouts of
America. It is open to young men and women who
are 14 (and have completed the eighth grade) through
20 years of age. The program is career or hobby
based. The Explorer Posts work with young people
to develop career skills while having fun. Contact
