Lake Bastrop Park

Operated by the Lower Colorado River Authority, Lake Bastrop Park is situated on Lake Bastrop, a 906 acre constant-level lake near Bastrop, Texas. To get there from San Antonio, take IH 35 northeast to San Marcos, exit onto State Highway 21 and proceed northeast to Bastrop. From Bastrop take State Highway 95 six miles to Ranch Road 1441 then east about two miles to the park entrance.

In addition to camping, recreational activities include swimming, fishing and boating.
