Camp Pioneer
Camp Pioneer is located on 840 acres of land near Hatfield, Arkansas. To get there from San Antonio, take IH 35 north to Dallas. From Dallas take IH 30 east to Texarkana, then take U.S. 71/59 north to Potter, turn left and follow the signs to Camp Pioneer.

There are 12 campsites for tent camping. There are tables, fire rings, water, toilets, and showers available. Recreational activities include boating, hiking, and fishing. Swimming is available during the summer months. There is sightseeing available nearby and there is a store nearby for purchase of supplies.
The camp is open all year around. There is a ranger on duty.
