Items available for purchase in our Scout Shop can also be found online at www.scoutstuff.org.   The site includes all of the items found in the Official Catalog, and you can even order online -or- you can browse and create an electronic shopping list that can be printed and mailed or faxed to our Scout Shop. We can process your order; usually the same day that it is received. We ship UPS and US Mail. Most orders are received next day after shipping.

Refund/Exchange Policy
You are the final judge of our products. We guarantee every customer's satisfaction. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any item purchased from the Boy Scouts of America, you can either exchange the item for a replacement or receive a full and complete refund. You may be asked for a reason for the return so information may be passed to the appropriate department.  Discontinued merchandise is not returnable unless it is defective.

Refunds on merchandise will be applied to the unit account; store credit; refund to credit card; or by check (allow 7 days for check to clear). No cash will be given (unless paid in cash). Any checks issued will be mailed to the customer.

A/V Return Policy
Videos, Tapes and CDs may be returned unopened for a full refund. Once opened, items may only be exchanged for the same title.
